Returns / Exchange Policy 

General Merchandise: We hope that you love your purchase from Glamping Outside the Box. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns for exchanges on all unused items within 7 business days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original quality with tags. We cannot accept return of food items. 

Glamping Tee Club:  All tees are final sale, as they are printed specifically for the monthly tee membership.  

Glamper Box Subscription:   All Glamper Box items are final sale, as they are printed specifically for the monthly tee membership.  

What is the return or exchange process ?
Please reach out to us via email at info@glampingoutsidethebox.com or on the Contact Us page. PLEASE NOTE in the case it is decided that the product is not a good fit buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will gladly provide you a return shipping label that covers the weight of the returned package. This amount will be deducted from either your refund or your store credit to exchange for something else. 

Other Notes:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we require a tracking number. .
  • Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed. Once your payment has been refunded, you will receive an email notification.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • We cannot accept food items for return. 
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Processing time
The processing time for an order is 1-3 days before it ships (excluding the Glamping Tee Club).
Customs and import taxes on International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. All International orders could be subject to these charges and the buyers is responsible in the case of a country withholding items due to unpaid entry fees. 
Lost or Stolen Packages
Glamping Outside the Box is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items
