What is Glamping?
Glamping is a phrase that combines the 2 words “glamorous camping”, and refers to the latest form of outdoor camping that includes some of the comforts and luxuries of home. The people who enjoy glamping are known as “glampers”.
What is Glamping Outside the Box (GOTB)?
GOTB is a monthly glamping lifestyle subscription box service, that creates and curates a range of apparel and other products to help and empower women who enjoy glamping. These items will be delivered to the doorstep of members each month, to be used for their own personal glamping adventures.
What is the Glamping Tee Club?
The Glamping Tee Club is a monthly glamping t-shirt subscription, offering unique designs only available in the Glamping Tee Club. Tee's are changed monthly and may be glamping, camping, nature, sassy or inspirational designs. One tee will be delivered to the doorstep of members each month.
What makes GOTB unique and different from other glamping sites and services?
(1) Unlike most glamping sites that focus just on destinations, amenities or events, the focus for GOTB is on the women who are passionate about glamping. To enable them to look and feel good, as well as to create a fun and memorable glamping experience for them.
(2) In addition to providing stylish apparel, GOTB also provides members with the following list of non-apparel items every month – outdoor essential items, practical camping gadgets and useful camping-related information (e.g. outdoor recipes).
How will I be charged for Glamping Tee Club?
The subscription is a monthly recurring payment. Your credit card will be charged on the day you sign up and a recurring payment on the 5th of the month there after. Items will be shipped out on or before the 5th of the following month. All sales of subscription boxes are considered as final and cannot be returned.
Example: If you sign up for our monthly tee club on January 10th, your initial payment will be processed on January 10th. Your next charge will come out on February 5th. Your credit card will then automatically be charged on the 5th of EVERY MONTH. The tee is shipped on or before the 5th of each month. The cut off day to order tee is on the 20th.
If you sign up for the tee club after the 20th of the month you will charged that day but will have missed the deadline for that month's tee and your subscription will begin the following month.
All tees are Final Sale as they have been printed just for the subscription group.
What modes of payment do you accept?
At the moment we accept payments via major credit cards.
How will I be charged for Glamper Box Subscription?
The subscription is a monthly recurring payment. Your credit card will be charged on the day you sign up and a recurring payment on the 1st of the month there after. Items will be shipped out on or before the 25th of the month. All sales of subscription boxes are considered as final and cannot be returned.
Example: If you sign up for our monthly Glamper Box subscription on January 10th, your initial payment will be processed on January 10th. Your next charge will come out on February 1st. Your credit card will then automatically be charged on the 1st of EVERY MONTH. The box is shipped on or before the 25th of each month. The cut off day to order the Glamper Box is 15th of each month.
If you sign up for the tee club after the 15th of the month you will charged that day but will have missed the deadline for that month's Glamper Box and your subscription will begin the following month.
All box subscriptions are Final Sale as they have been printed just for the subscription group.
When will I receive the Glamper Box subscription?
We’ll ship out the boxes on or before the 25th of every month.
So you should receive the boxes anytime from 2 -7 days after shipping every month, depending on your specific location within the US.
If however you do not receive the box by the 2nd, of the following month, please email us to let us know, so that we can carry out a check on the delivery status of your box.
Note: Glamper Box is billed on the 1st of every month. All boxes are final sale as they have been printed just for you.
Will I receive different apparel and non-apparel items every month?
Yes definitely! 😊
You’ll be receiving a different set of glamping apparel and non-apparel items every month, as part of your monthly subscription.
In the case of non-apparel items, we might occasionally send you items that are similar to what you received before but from a different brand altogether (e.g. dry shampoo, sunblock), in order to offer you variety when it comes to such items.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you certainly can. Subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis with no commitment whatsoever. However, please note that cancellation requests must be received 14 days prior to your billing date, or you will be charged for that month and that month’s subscription box or tee club will be shipped to you.
We will be sad to see you go if you cancel your subscription, but we sincerely hope to see you back again soon! 😊
Can I subscribe to either the Glamper Box or the Glamping Tee Club ?
Yes you can. You can sign up for either one or both at the same time.
It’s totally up to you! 😊 We do offer a Glamper Box Combo that will include the Glamping Tee of the month at a slight discount.
Do you ship internationally outside the US?
Unfortunately not at the moment, as currently our service is limited to just within the US itself.
However, as time goes on, we might explore the possibility of offering our service to glampers outside the US as well.
Can I submit my own ideas for products to be included as part of your subscription box?
Yes certainly.
Just submit your product ideas to us via email and we’ll take a look at them. If we like your ideas and feel that they’ll be welcomed by our glamping community, we’ll be more than happy to implement and include them in our future subscription boxes! 😊
