Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING

Glamping Tee Club:  Orders are processed after the 20th of the month and shipped on or before the 5th of the following month. 

Glamper Box Subscription: Orders are processed after the 15th of the month and shipped on or before the 25th of the month. 

General Merchandise:  Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (3-5 days during sales and product launches).  Orders placed late Thursday evening and Friday are typically shipped out the following Monday.

Make sure your items, preferences and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Although we do our best to ship all orders properly, once they leave the U.S., we have no control over any additional cost. Please be aware that customs charges may apply. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please note that between November 25th and December 25th there will be delays in shipping. Shipments may take longer due to mail traffic. Please plan accordingly. 

PRODUCT LAUNCHES & SALES

Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days.  We make every effort to answer all customer service emails within 24 hours.
